End User Licence Agreement

AVLView grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the AVLView platform as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) for your internal fleet operations purposes during the term of your subscription. No ownership rights in the software itself are granted.

This licence includes access to AVLView companion applications on iOS and Android. Applications are distributed through the App Store and Google Play subject to their additional terms. Automatic updates are subject to this licence when they become available. Sideloading of applications is not permitted for security reasons.

AVLView is a software-only platform. GPS tracking devices you use with the platform are third-party products purchased independently. AVLView is not party to hardware purchases and is not responsible for hardware defects, failures, or compatibility issues. If a device refuses to work correctly with the platform, the user must contact the device manufacturer directly.

AVLView reserves the right to update the platform, modify its features, or discontinue specific features at any time. We will notify you of material changes 30 days in advance. Security updates and critical patches may be applied without prior notice to maintain service integrity.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AVLView does not warrant that GPS tracking accuracy will meet specific requirements, that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable. GPS accuracy depends on conditions outside our control, including satellite signal and network coverage.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AVLView will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the software. AVLView's total liability is capped at the subscription fees paid in the preceding twelve months.

This licence terminates automatically when your subscription expires or is cancelled. AVLView reserves the right to terminate this licence immediately if you breach any of its provisions. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the software and your data will be available for export for 90 days before deletion.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
