Terms of Service

By accessing or using AVLView services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you accept these terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

AVLView is a GPS fleet tracking SaaS platform that provides real-time vehicle tracking, driver management, fuel monitoring, geofence management, reporting, and automation features for businesses that operate a fleet of vehicles. The service operates on a subscription basis and is accessible via web browser and mobile applications.

Billing: Subscriptions are available on monthly and annual plans. Annual plans are billed upfront; monthly plans are billed at the start of each billing cycle.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Price Changes: We will notify you of price changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

You retain ownership of all fleet data you generate through the platform, including vehicle location data, driver records, and reports. You grant AVLView a limited, non-exclusive licence to process this data to the extent necessary to deliver the services. We do not use your fleet data for marketing purposes or for the benefit of other customers.

AVLView owns and retains all right, title, and interest in the platform, including the user interface, algorithms, pre-built reports, documentation, and trademarks. This agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the service beyond the narrow subscription access described herein.

We target a 99.9% uptime goal. Scheduled maintenance windows are planned during low-peak hours and we notify you in advance. Unplanned downtime incidents exceeding 24 consecutive hours are eligible for service credits upon request, per our Service Level Agreement. SLA does not apply to outages caused by events outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AVLView's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the services will not exceed the total fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

AVLView will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. AVLView may terminate access immediately upon material breach of these terms, non-payment, or suspected fraudulent activity. Upon termination, all rights to access the service cease and your data will be available for export for 90 days before deletion.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
