We collect real-time and historical location data for your vehicles, including coordinates, speed, heading, and engine-on/off indicators. This data is essential to delivering core tracking services.

We collect information about how you use the platform, including pages viewed, features used, IP addresses, browser type, and session duration.

Vehicle location data is retained for 12 months by default; longer retention periods are available for enterprise plans. Upon account termination, your data will be deleted within 90 days unless retention is required to comply with legal obligations. You may request early deletion by emailing support@avlview.com.

Under applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

AVLView is headquartered in Singapore and your data may be processed in Singapore, the UAE, and other service regions where our service providers operate. Cross-border data transfers are governed by approved data transfer clauses and appropriate safeguards under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and relevant international frameworks.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and multi-factor authentication, regular security audits, and employee security awareness training. However, no system can guarantee absolute security, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the services after a change notice constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
